The BeNeering Cloud Suite can be divided into two sections:
- Cloud Search Engine: combine different purchasing channels into one interface;
- Catalog Cloud Services: a modern and efficient Content Management System.
Cloud Search Engine (CSE)
Cloud Search Engine combines the goods and services from different purchasing channels into one interface. This greatly improves the usability and the end user satisfaction. It also greatly reduces the workload of your Purchasing department.
CSE connects directly to your local SAP system (SAP S/4HANA, SAP SRM UI5, SAP ECC). It is also embedded into your SAP purchasing system, which avoids the need to open up another window. An important aspect is that the search engine is based on the powerful Apache SOLR technology, capable of keeping up system performance no matter how many article entries. For SAP SRM UI5 and SAP S/4HANA, OCI5 replication is possible, but not needed because CSE runs directly in the cloud. CSE can also be connected through OCI4 for S/4HANA, ECC (MM and PM) and SRM. The user interface is developed similarly to SAP SRM UI5.

Dynamic Web Forms
With Dynamic Web Forms, you can offer your users a so-called guided buying approach in following the purchasing guidelines. Users are guided based on predefined web form templates for purchases. This means that you can create forms that support more complex configurations for certain purchases, e.g. a product configuration or a service specification.
- Standardized purchasing through individual web-based forms shortens the procurement cycles;
- Increased use of standardized purchasing processes relieves the purchasing department;
- Less shopping error due to new quality standard;
- BeNeering Catalog Cloud Services can find content in Web Forms.
Market Place Connector for Spot Buy
This solution allows users to shop for items that have not been negotiated by procurement. This is ideal for so-called spot buying (tail spend). This offers a combination of self-negotiated catalogs in the cloud search engine and the catalog articles in the marketplace – which expands the available assortment – without system breakage for the user. You can for example include Amazon, Mercateo or Bol.com as marketplaces and view all of its content from within SAP. All articles are ordered with one click, without having to leave the system. You do business with one supplier instead of many different suppliers. Since all orders – including those coming from the marketplace – are sent via the SAP system, the entire process is compliant.
This innovation enables users to request a price at a supplier via a web form from within SAP. The RfX request is published in the BeNeering Cloud Suite. The supplier will receive an email with a unique URL redirecting to the RfX request and reply with a proposal. The supplier does not have to be registered on the Catalog Cloud. The requestor receives a notification and the proposal can be accepted by adding items into the shopping cart.
Catalog Cloud Services (CSS)
Catalog Cloud Services defines the new standard for a modern and efficient Content Management System with strong focus on SAP SRM UI5 & SAP S/4HANA Procurement. This solution is also available for your SAP ECC system (modules MM and PM).
CCS is a cloud based content management system in which you can easily load and maintain all catalogs in one environment. Suppliers can also load catalog content into the cloud. The approved and published catalogs will be used by the connected procurement systems of the buying organization. Catalog status and validity dates are continuously monitored. Dashboards with real-time reporting show supplier ranking by price increase and other criteria.
This solution is enabled by certified web services. OCI5 and OCI4 are also supported.
